Good overall experience
Had a good experience with RockShore Financial & Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
RockShore Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at RockShore Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
