Solid broker
RockMeadow Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from RockMeadow Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
RockMeadow Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
RockMeadow Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
