Helpful but slow
The broker at RockBrook Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from RockBrook Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
RockBrook Insurance Services helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sault Ste. Marie. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with RockBrook Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
