Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Robertson & Chapman Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Robertson & Chapman Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job

Room for improvement
