Smooth transition

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Roberts & Todd Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Roberts & Todd Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Roberts & Todd Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Roberts & Todd Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
