Good value
I appreciate that Roberts & Partners Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Five stars all around

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Roberts & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Roberts & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
