Amazing customer service
The staff at Roberts & Jones Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Roberts & Jones Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Roberts & Jones Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
