Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Roberts & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Roberts & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates Roberts & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Roberts & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Roberts & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
