Great for bundling
Roberts & Chen Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Roberts & Chen Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Roberts & Chen Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Roberts & Chen Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
