Okay but not great
Used Riley & Wright Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Riley & Wright Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Riley & Wright Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Renewal was painless

Could be better
The rates Riley & Wright Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Fair pricing
Riley & Wright Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.
