Room for improvement
Riley & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
Riley & Partners Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Riley & Partners Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
