Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ridge Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Reliable broker
Been with Ridge Insurance Agency for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Okay but not great
Used Ridge Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
