Solid broker
Richardson Risk Management is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great

Great for bundling

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Richardson Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Richardson Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
