Great experience!

Five stars all around
Switched to Richards & Sanders Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Richards & Sanders Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Richards & Sanders Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Richards & Sanders Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
