Reliable broker
Been with Richards Risk Management for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Richards Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Richards Risk Management found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
