Fair pricing
Richards & Lambert Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Could be better
The rates Richards & Lambert Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
