Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Richards & Co. Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Slow and unresponsive
Richards & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Pretty good
Richards & Co. Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Richards & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Richards & Co. Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Stratford. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
