Room for improvement
Renaud Services d'Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Renewal was painless

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Renaud Services d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Renaud Services d'Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Renaud Services d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
