Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Renaud Assurances Inc.. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Could be better
The rates Renaud Assurances Inc. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Renaud Assurances Inc.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Renaud Assurances Inc. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
