Average experience
My experience with Reliance Insurance Partners was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Slow and unresponsive
Reliance Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
