Average experience
My experience with Reliance Insurance Agency was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Reliance Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Reliance Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Chilliwack. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Reliance Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
