Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Reid & Co. Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates Reid & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful staff
The staff at Reid & Co. Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.
