Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Regent Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Regent Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance
