Have been a client for over 30 years, in that time I have only dealt with Reg. He always worked to get me the best rates and service for my needs. A phone call is all it took and any issue or query was dealt with immediately. Since the business has been sold I haven't had cause to have any contact with my new rep, Barb, so unable to give any review. Can only hope that the service remains as good, time can only tell.

I always had excellent service from Reg W. and Judy A. while they still working. The transition to Angela D. happened seamlessly. Angela has been very prompt and personable in addressing our needs (home and auto).

Rhonda not only helped me succeed in that gambit but was incredibly responsive, calm and assistive multiple times in making it happen. I've been fortunate a few times in my life to get excellent SUSTAINED service, but I have to say if Rhonda's is not the outright best I've every received, it was no worse than tied for the best. Her professionalism is superb.
