Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Reed & Anderson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around
Switched to Reed & Anderson Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Reed & Anderson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Reed & Anderson Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
