Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with RedStar Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used RedStar Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to RedStar Risk Solutions last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Slow and unresponsive
RedStar Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
