Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through RedCreek Risk Solutions. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with RedCreek Risk Solutions. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with RedCreek Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Reliable broker
Been with RedCreek Risk Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from RedCreek Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
