Good I was able to get all the paperwork I needed in order to cancel the insurance on my vehicle and sell it to someone else.

Went in to get my license renewed. I was greeted with friendly warm smiles. They were quick to assist and have everything done efficiently. They took my photo and processed my payments in a timely manner.

I was there this morning and James was just great. He answered all my questions and went above and below to find things out I needed to know.Jennifer was also so helpful. I couldn't get any answers from my previous insurance agent and 3 weeks went by and didn't here anything from them so I decided to go elsewhere, glad I did. Big thumbs up for all of James help. It was so much appreciated.

Fair Practice SGI told me that BOTH times I went in for a replacement they got my address wrong. I always double check I get things right, especially after having a panicked attack because I lost my wallet and that's why I contacted them. I informed them of the address change BOTH times I told them about this and this branch STILL proceeded to either input the address wrong or use my old address instead if listening to me when I told them of my changed address. EDIT 2: I have edit my review to be less hostile, as the company response states my issue has been resolved after a third visit when I was told what the problem was. I appreciate it and the very kind lady who solved my issue, however I will state that the refusal to accept responsibility is quite irritating. I will remember it going forward, and I've become more cautious of ensuring my information is properly represented when I state it.

I received one of the best customer service experiences over the phone from Lori, even while I was out of province. She was very friendly, polite, and patient throughout our entire conversation.
