Room for improvement
Raven Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Raven Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Raven Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good broker
Raven Insurance Agency took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Raven Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
