Wonderful experience

Helpful but slow
The broker at Randall & Reed Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good value
I appreciate that Randall & Reed Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Slow and unresponsive
Randall & Reed Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Randall & Reed Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
