Helpful staff
The staff at Randall & Co. Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Could be better
The rates Randall & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Fair pricing
