Good broker
Randall & Associates Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Randall & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Randall & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
