…Today could have been a lot worse without some very helpful remote assistance from one of this office’s team members…I was pulled over by the RCMP and in all likelihood going to be facing a expensive fine, particularly at this post Xmas recovery time, due to driving one of my family member’s vehicles with insurance that had lapsed in the past week, due to that family member having a broken hip and not being current on all their bills… So, with the officer standing by, after contacting Ali, diligently working away at his workplace, he worked to provide me with renewed paperwork, over the phone mind you and not in not in person, and provided everything I needed to continue on to the RCMP’ s satisfaction and save me from a $600-700 dollar fine, reduced to $81, paid today at an ICBC location a mere $56… Thanks so much Ali and keep up the outstanding work on your customer’s behalf… John K Welsh.
