Five stars all around
Switched to Ramsey & Perry Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ramsey & Perry Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Pretty good
Ramsey & Perry Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Room for improvement
Ramsey & Perry Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ramsey & Perry Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
