Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Ramos & Randall Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Great for bundling

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ramos & Randall Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
