Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Ramos & Maxwell Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Slow and unresponsive
Ramos & Maxwell Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Reliable broker

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ramos & Maxwell Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
