Renewal was painless

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ramos Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ramos Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Does the job

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ramos Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
