Room for improvement
Ramos & Hughes Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Ramos & Hughes Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ramos & Hughes Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
