Five stars all around
Switched to Ramos & Co. Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ramos & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Ramos & Co. Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ramos & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
