Good value
I appreciate that Ramos & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Could be better
The rates Ramos & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ramos & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Highly recommend

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ramos & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
