Great for home insurance

Lost my documents
Ramos & Baldwin Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Ramos & Baldwin Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ramos & Baldwin Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
