Room for improvement
Quinn & Nelson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Quinn & Nelson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

The rates Quinn & Nelson Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
