Room for improvement
Quinn & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Quinn & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Solid broker
Quinn & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Quinn & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
