Responsive and caring

Okay but not great
Used Quinn & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Family business feel

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Quinn & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
