Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Quest Insurance Partners. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier

Helpful staff

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Quest Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Quest Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
