Reliable broker
Been with Quest Brokerage for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
Quest Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Quest Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
