Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Provincial Assurances. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Provincial Assurances lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement
Provincial Assurances handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Provincial Assurances. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
