Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Proulx Services d'Assurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Proulx Services d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
