Lost my documents
Proulx Conseil en Assurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Proulx Conseil en Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Renewal was painless

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Proulx Conseil en Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Proulx Conseil en Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Proulx Conseil en Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
