I have been with John since the brokerage opened. He and his staff are lightning quick on the responses to communications, email, phone calls, doesn't matter. You call they get back to right away. I recently added a vehicle to my plan, and my rates went up by 900/yr. Not terrible, though I wasn't especially happy since there is only one driver in my family. I told john this, and accepted the quote. John went to work. He dug around and found me a new company that saved me over 700/yr with no difference in coverage for either vehicle.
